Keep fit, stay healthy and have fun with the various sport and fitness groups. Whether you are already active or want to get in shape, there is a group for you. There is probably even something everyday for the diehards out there. Our regular activities include badminton, tennis, hiking, walking, dancing, and yoga.
Other activities that have been organized included ice skating, cross-country skiing, sledging, swimming and biking. Our sports and fitness groups are a great way to get to know other members and work on your health at the same time. Win win!
