This is a first for ZIWA - an online Interest Group. If you love books but don't have time to attend a regular monthly book club meeting, then this could be for you. Or if you do belong to one of ZIWA's many existing book clubs and would like to share your news and enthusiasm with a wider audience, then have a look at this new feature.

Who's this group for?
Anyone in ZIWA can join. We have our own email address: ziwa.onlinebookclub@gmail.com, and will start a mailing list. We are open to news, ideas and book recommendations. We invite you to submit a book review which we will publish. It can be any book that you have enjoyed reading or using: a new title or an old favourite. We keep a bulletin board for your comments, news and ideas to do with books and authors. For example, if you would like to exchange a book, you can offer it here.

Recommendations and other stuff

Interviews with the authors
ZIWA has been invited to attend a book reading of her new book, The Long Song, by renowned British author, Andrea Levy. The Long Song was nominated for the Booker Prize 2010. Levy's novel Small Island of 2004 was also an international success and its BBC TV adaptation won an International Emmy. Here is the interview with Andrea Levy.
