Camellias are spring ambassadors and Locarno welcomes the new season with a celebration dedicated to this beautiful flower. "Locarno Camellia" is is considered one of the most important events in its genre. The Camellia show is a jewel, distributing 900 different species of camellia in an area of 10,000 sq.m. and the Camellia park Locarno is the biggest camellia park in Europe.
